ANM Global Inc has promoted Delhi-based Radhika Mathur, who had joined in July 2019 as a corporate and aviation practice associate partner from Rajinder Narain & Co, has been promoted to partner.
Her promotion takes effect from 1 June and according to a release from the firm, she has been “a critical member of the corporate and commercial practice... providing services to the clients in corporate transactions that are vital for their business”.
She specialises in deals between aircraft manufacturers, foreign lessors, owners, banks, financial institutions and Indian airlines for aircraft sale and leasing.
She will be officially heading the firm’s aviation law practice, and commented: “Indian civil aviation sector is in a growing phase and it will continue to spread its wings winder if it’s coupled with infrastructure expansion, which would help the sector back on its feet as the economy recovers.
