Celebi Delhi Cargo’s services continue amidst COVID-19 crisis

New Delhi: The recent times have been witnessing unprecedented challenges owing to the global outbreak of COVID-19. Businesses and operations across the world have come to a standstill due to the pandemic. Celebi Delhi Cargo terminal however, has remained consistent in its services through continued and safe operations at the Delhi International Airport, even during the national lockdown.
Through Celebi Delhi Cargo Terminal Management India Pvt Ltd., a joint venture between DIAL and Çelebi Hava Servisi A.S., Turkey, Celebi has been showcasing its commitment towards India by maintaining the national and international trade bridge at the capital’s international terminal throughout the coronavirus pandemic situation.
Handling majority of cargo operations at the airport, the company has also been playing a vital role in the medical essentials distribution at the recently designated ‘major hub for the import and distribution of COVID-related essentials’- the IGIA airport. Adherence to precautionary guidelines and round-the-clock employee support, has made such functioning possible at one of the largest cargo terminal by volume in the country that handles more than 500,000 MT of cargo per annum.
