Kochi: As many as 1620 passengers including 171 from Central Asian country of Tajikistan will arrive in nine flights at Cochin International Airport here on Sunday, a CIAL spokesperson said on Saturday.
The flight operation would start with the arrival of two flights in the wee hours; Fly Dubai FZ 8917 scheduled at 0110 landing and Somon Air SZ 7109 at 0200 from Tajikistan's Dushanbe Airport,
He further said that Tajikistan turns out to be the third Central Asian country from where repatriation flights were being operated to Kochi. Earlier, relief flights were operated from Armenia and Kazakhstan. There will be four flights from Kuwait on Sunday, together evacuating 720 passengers.
