Bhubaneswar: An Odia lady official at Bahrain Airport has also played an active role in the return of her fellow brothers and sisters who were stranded in the foreign land owing to coronavirus-induced lockdown.
As an Air India flight is carrying stranded Odias from Bahrain International Airport to Bhubaneswar today, Santrupta Padhi, Techno-Commercial Manager in Bahrain Airport Company, provided a helping hand from her side at the airport.
She ensured that the Odia expatriates do not face any problem and thanked Bahrain Odia Samaj for the efforts which made their return possible.
A native of Sambalpur district of Odisha, Santrupta has completed her PGDBM at Xavier Institute of Management in Bhubaneswar and is working at Bahrain Airport Company since October 2018.
