Ranchi: A hardcore thief who was wanted in numerous cases was nabbed from the airport as soon as he landed by a flight from Mumbai.
The arrested thief has been identified as Sikandar Gadi. Police had received a tip off that the notorious thief, who had been on a run for the last 10 months, would be coming back to Ranchi by a flight from Mumbai.
Gadi in the month of September 2019 had committed theft in 8 homes spread across Chutia, Argora and Doranda Police Station area and some of the homes where he had committed the theft belonged to some IAS and IPS officers. After the incident he had fled to Kolkata from where he again fled to Mumbai.
