Kochi: A total of 14 flights including two Air India flights from Chicago and San Francisco via New Delhi, evacuating 2860 passengers will arrive at Cochin International Airport, here on Thursday.
SpiceJet from Abu Dhabi at 0015, Air Arabia from Sharjah at 0100, Qatar Airways from Doha at 1100, Go Air from Muscat at 1505, Go Air from Doha at 1530, Air India Express from Sharjah at 1605, Indigo from Doha at 1710, Air India from Chicago via New Delhi at 1800, SpiceJet from Jeddah at 1920, Air India from San Francisco at 2000, Air India Express from Abu Dhabi at 2045, Salam Air from Muscat at 2115, Emirates from Dubai at 2215 and Saudia from Jeddah at 2345, a CIAL spokesman said on Wednesday.
The airport confirmed arrival of 19 international flights including an Air India flight from London and an Air Malta flight from Southern European island country of Malta with 3910 passengers arrived on Wednesday.
Domestic terminals handled 10 arrival and 10 departure operations on Wednesday. Three departure flights to New Delhi, two to Mumbai and another to Chennai were cancelled.
