8 additional BC flights added to COVID-19 exposure list

Travellers are being reminded to stay cautious after another eight Vancouver flights were added to the COVID-19 exposure list this weekend.

According to the BC Centre for Disease Control, another six flights into Vancouver carried a passenger with Coronavirus while two outgoing flights did the same. The affected planes all flew between Aug. 21 and Sept. 1.

On Aug. 21, Air Canada flight 8570 from Vancouver to Regina had an affected person between rows 13 and 19.
Two days later, Air Canada flight 8569 from Regina to Vancouver had a person test positive as well. That same day, Air Transat's flight 932 from Toronto to Vancouver had a carrier between rows one and five.

Aug. 28 had an international flight with a positive test. Air India flight 1143 from Delhi to Vancouver had a positive test in an unidentified row.

The following day, Air Transat flight 931 from with service to Toronto had an unreported exposure.
