GMR Group CIO George Fanthome has moved on from the conglomerate to join BIAL (Bangalore International Airport Limited) as a CIO.
In this new role, he will be heading the IT function at the airport while supporting the business with new technology driven streams.
“BIAL is a leader in airports, not only in India but globally. The company has been leveraging technology to enhance passenger experience while optimising operational processes. I am looking forward to leading IT and digital divisions of the airport as a CIO. The company has welcomed me as a family member.
