Do you really need a PPE if you’re getting on a flight?

Last week, after six long months, I finally got on a flight out of Mumbai. After six long months, I was finally going to see my wife and our 2 YO. Earlier that day, the COVID test came clean, so the last stretch to negotiate was the flight. When it was finally time to go, I slipped into the closest thing to a shroud. The Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) had been sitting at home for months, waiting for a chance to embarrass save me when I stepped out in public. When the moment arrived, it did the job.
