India exploring ways to set up air bubbles with more countries

A number of foreign airlines from various countries with which India has already set up air bubbles have resumed their operations in the country as India is exploring options to set up air bubbles with more nations to facilitate international travel in a restricted manner.

America’s United Airlines has recently announced to begin direct flights to Delhi and Bengaluru that will start between December 2020 and January 2021.

So far, the US, the UK, Canada, Qatar, France, Germany, Afghanistan, the Maldives, and the UAE are the countries with which India has transport bubbles while Australia, Italy, Japan, the Philippines, Russia, Singapore, South Korea, New Zealand, Nigeria, Bahrain, Israel, Kenya and Thailand are the nations with which India is in talks to  set up air bubbles.
