AAI launched the first Anti Viral Vehicle Coating station in Goa

Goa: Airport Authority of India (AAI Goa Airport) has launched Goa's 1st Anti-Viral Vehicle Coating Station. This free service for Goa Miles cabs was inaugurated by Shri. Mauvin Godinho, Transport Minister of Goa, in the presence of the Airport Director.

The station uses nano-technology coating for interiors of the cabs that protect against germs, bacteria, and viruses. The coating lasts for a month and comes with a certification. This unique service by AAI service will surely enhance passengers' confidence while visiting Goa.

On the other hand, under its CSR initiative, AAI's Tirupati Airport constructed a bicycle shed in a village nearby. The shed was inaugurated by Sh. R. Madhavan, Regional Executive Director of the Southern Region in the presence of the Airport Director, officials of the airport, and Headmaster of Govt. School, Papanaidupet.

The shed is expected to provide school-going children the facility of parking their bicycles in intense heat without having to worry about their safety and security. AAI hopes this facility should help increase the school attendance rate in the future.
