Accor seeks revival by introducing ‘Welcome back Programme’ in partnership with the leading airlines.

The multinational hospitality brand Accor comes together with prominent airlines such as Vistara and Indigo as part of its ‘Welcome Back Programme’. Accor is inviting its clients from corporate, leisure, wedding, M&E and TMC segments to showcase the services under this initiative. It looks to showcase the hygiene and safety norms that are being followed by the hotels. They have already initiated multiple familiarisation trips with Vistara, Indigo and other airlines to cities like Delhi, Bengaluru, Kochi and Goa.

Commenting on the programme, Kerrie Hannaford, VP, Commercial, Accor India and South Asia said, “Our foremost priority is to bring back confidence in our corporate partners and clients. With this initiative, we are going one-step ahead in our approach and feeling excited to invite our clients to our safe hotel premises. We also plan to have International FAMs as soon as the government allows more relaxation through the air bubble initiative.”

The hotels have managed to get ALLSAFE label that represents the cleanliness protocols and standards and provides assurance that these standards have been met in the hotels. All Accor properties are leveraging technology at every step of their hospitality and with these technologies in place, there is a great traction from all segments including MICE. Airline partners as well are making sure that guests fly safe and are following strict company and government guidelines.
