Two arrested by MIA custom officials for gold smuggling

Mangaluru: Custom officials at MIA have arrested two passengers for allegedly smuggling gold worth of Rs 64 lakhs. 
 Officials said on Thursday that the arrested persons have been identified as Muhammed Zahir Aneez and Wasim Marzan. 
 The due arrived in Mangaluru airport last night from Dubai, when customs officials interception and investigation, the passengers found to be smuggling 1.26 kg gold worth of Rs 64,13,400. Custom officials led by Dr Kapil Gade and others thwarted the smuggling bid.
