Mumbai: Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (CSMIA) has secured multiple accolades at the 14th ANA Quality Awards 2020. A tribute to CSMIA’s outstanding contributions towards ANA cargo operations in Mumbai during 2019, the airport was recognized as a winner in three different categories.
The Quality Award by the ANA group is an acknowledgement of the exceptional contribution made by adapting and leveraging innovating solutions inclined towards having greater control over the movement of air cargo in real-time as well as providing efficient transport of goods to international destinations and within India.
As a premier pharma hub of the country, CSMIA is a veteran in transporting essential cargo across the world. The cargo team at CSMIA bagged the first place for its On-Time Performance, Safety measures and Overall Efficiency. The award was presented by Masaki Yokai, Senior Vice President Airport Center, All Nippon Airways to CSMIA’s Cargo team.
