Shillong: The Indian Air Force aircraft that carried 500 oxygen cylinders has reached Guwahati Airport on Saturday and is en route to Shillong. Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad Sangma has posted on his Twitter account about the information. He tweeted, "The @IAF_MCC aircraft carrying 500 Oxygen Cylinders has touched down at Guwahati Airport and is en route to Shillong."
Prior to this, Sangma informed on Saturday morning that 500 Rama Cylinders were loaded at Ahmedabad Airport by Indian Air Force aircraft and are on their way. He further said that 20 oxygen ventilators, 15 concentrators, and 30 oxygen cylinders meant for Meghalaya, were air lifted by the Indian Air Force aircraft from Vizag and have touched down at Guwahati, and are on their way to Shillong.
