Jharsuguda: Good news for the people of Jharsuguda! This western Odisha industrial town will get connected to Bihar Capital-Patna by air from tomorrow.
A 78-seater SpiceJet flight will arrive from Patna at the Veer Surendra Sai Airport here at 4.20 PM and depart for Patna at 4.40 PM.
Commenting on the commencement of flight service to Patna from tomorrow, Jharsuguda Airport Director Kishore Kumar Senapati said that a lot of people belonging to Bihar have been working in Jharsuguda for since long and the flight service will of great use to them.
Senapati informed that SpiceJet flight from Patna will be the customary water salute on its arrival at the airport.
