Srinagar: The security forces on Monday noticed movement of suspected drones in Kaluchak area of Jammu, putting security agencies on high alert with searches being carried out in the area, officials said here.
Two blasts took place inside Jammu Airforce airport on Saturday night. However no damage was caused except to roof of one of the buildings. The blasts were carried by means to drone which security forces discovered.
The movement of suspected drones was noticed near security establishments in Kalichak area today morning, following which searches were launched in the area. A major military establishment is located at Kalichak, the officials said.
They added that soon after noticing the movement of drones, an alert was issued and search teams were pressed into operation to look for any possibility of dropping of any consignment.
"We have no more development in hand except a suspected drone movement but searches were launched in the area,” the officials said.
