Shivamogga: Karnataka Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa on Saturday unveiled designs of passenger terminal and ATC at under construction Airport and reviewed the works on the outskirts of the city.
Speaking after inspecting the works of the runway and the terminal areas, he also unveiled the design of the airport's passenger terminal and the air traffic control tower. He said the airport is being constructed at a cost of Rs 384 crore. The works are being done in two phases. Runway work is underway in the first phase while in the second phase, the passenger terminal and ATC will be constructed.
