Vistara postpones inaugural flight service between Delhi and Tokyo Haneda

India’s full-service carrier Vistara has postponed the commencement of its inaugural service between Delhi and Tokyo Haneda.

In a tweet, Vistara announced that “Due to operational reasons, we are having to postpone the commencement of our inaugural service between Delhi and Haneda (Tokyo), scheduled for June 16, 2021.”

The first flight has now been scheduled for July 7, 2021.

Further, the airline said, “We deeply regret the inconvenience caused and we will ensure that suitable alternatives are offered to all affected customers.”

As per the previously announced schedule, the Tata-SIA carrier will fly once a week between the two capital cities under the air bubble agreement established between India and Japan.
