Indore: People travelling to Ahmedabad and Raipur from Indore are likely to have additional flight connectivity options as private airline FlyBig, is planning to resume operations on both these routes from October 1. The airline is likely to bring two more aircraft within a month, and resume its operations on these routes. It has also started taking bookings for the same.
FlyBig, which is the first airline to make Indore airport its base, started its flight operation on Indore-Ahmedabad route on January 3 . A week later, it had launched a flight between Indore and Raipur. But, in April, it discontinued all its operations from Indore due to lack of passengers amid the second wave of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Airline officials said operations will resume on the Indore-Ahmedabad and Indore-Raipur routes from October 1. IndiGo also operates on these routes.
