Lucknow: Lucknow’s Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport has been honoured with ‘The Voice of the Customer’ award by the Airports Council International (ACI). The award recognises the efforts of all stakeholders and employees in gathering passenger feedback on customer needs and providing a good experience.
Throughout the pandemic, CCS Airport complied with all government norms and protocols for the health and safety of passengers, it said.
Initiatives such as the common use self-service kioskss well as scan their boarding pass, were installed.
