Jaipur: A total of 188 passengers of Air India Express flight from Jaipur to Dubai had a harrowing experience on Friday after there was a technical glitch during their boarding at the Jaipur airport.
Air India Express Flight IX-195 was to leave from Jaipur at 10:25 pm for Dubai. The passengers were told that the flight got delayed. Then the passengers were brought to the arrival hall, where they demanded to arrange their stay in hotels for about 2 hours.
160 passengers left for their homes while more than two dozen passengers demanded to be sent to some hotel & accused Air India of mismanagement.
