Five Bagdogra-bound flights were diverted to Kolkata due to bad weather in North Bengal. Among the flights diverted was an Air Asia flight from Delhi and a SpiceJet flight from Mumbai.
There were also three flights from Kolkata which had taken off from NSCBI airport but came back.
