India's cash-strapped Go First extends flight cancellations until July 14

New Delhi: India's cash-strapped private airline Go First has once again extended its flight cancellations, aviation officials said on Tuesday.

As per the latest announcement Go First said all its flights will remain suspended until July 14.

The crisis-hit airline is struggling to resume its operations, a move which so far has not materialized.

"We regret to inform that due to operational reasons, Go First flights scheduled till July 14, 2023, have been canceled. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the flight cancellations," the airline said in a statement.

"We acknowledge the flight cancellations might have disrupted your travel plans and we are committed to providing all the assistance we can."

The fleet of the cash-strapped carrier was grounded on May 3 when it suddenly canceled scheduled flights for three days. Since then the airline has been extending the flight cancellations.

Go First had already filed an application for immediate resolution and revival of operations.
