A SpiceJet flight, operating from Dubai to Kerala's Kochi suffered a tyre burst on Tuesday. The incident happened while the flight - SpiceJet Boeing 737, was landing at the Cochin airport.
No injuries were reported.
Commenting on the incident, a spokesperson for SpiceJet said all system parameters were normal and the landing was smooth.
The official said the number two type was found burst after a surveillance procedure.
"During post flight walk around NO 2 tyre was found burst. All system parameters were normal during and post flight and landing was smooth," the airline's spokesperson said.
