Dehradun: Dehradun's Jolly Grant airport has secured third position in the customer satisfaction index (CSI) survey carried out by an independent agency appointed by Airports Authority of India (AAI). Previously, in 2022, Dehradun airport had secured 4.94 score out of 5 in the survey, which has now improved to 4.96. The first position was secured by the Bhopal airport, followed by Udaipur airport.
The latest survey was conducted for the period January to June 2023, said Jolly Grant airport director Prabhakar Mishra, adding, “Dehradun airport secured 3rd rank among 56 airports in the country, which were ranked in the survey.” The customer satisfaction survey is conducted half yearly in which around 56 airports participate wherein an independent agency judges the domestic airports in 34 standard parameters and passenger feedback in the survey.
