New Delhi: While the pandemic severely disrupted the services of commercial airlines across the world, the business aviation market was able to fill in much of the travel requirement mostly through chartered flights. The sector has since maintained its growth momentum with manufacturers such as France’s Dassault Aviation showcasing new aircraft.
In an interview to ET Infra, Graeme Duckworth, President, ExecuJet MRO Services, a global business aviation focused maintenance, repair & overhaul company and part of Dassault Aviation, outlined that India is the second biggest business aviation market in Asia with a growth trajectory of 5% to 10% year-on-year. The company has expanded its facility in Dubai with a focus on serving the Indian market.
The company started its operations in 1991 and has facilities in Dubai, South Africa, Belgium, Malaysia and Australia.
