Delhi airport authorities have issued an advisory on flight services in view of Independence Day on August 15.
As per the advisory, non-scheduled flights will not be allowed to land or take off at the Delhi airport. There will not be any restrictions on scheduled flights, though.

As per the notice, in view of Independence Day celebrations, landing or take-off for non-scheduled flights of schedule airlines and general aviation flights (non-scheduled charter flights) will not be allowed from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
There will be no impact of NOTAM on the IAF, BSF, or Army aviation helicopters.
