New Delhi: Here’s some good news for domestic flight travellers. According to authorities, direct flights to seven additional domestic destinations would likely begin from Jaipur International Airport in the winter schedule. According to him, airlines including as Indigo and SpiceJet have shown interest in launching additional routes to Agra, Khajuraho, Varanasi, Bagdogra, Jaisalmer, Bhopal, and Patna.
Jaipur is well-known for its beauty and for its unusual straight-line layout. Its buildings are mostly rose-coloured, earning it the nickname “pink city.” The City Palace, Jantar Mantar, an 18th-century open-air observatory that was named a UNESCO World Heritage site in 2010, Hawa Mahal, Ram Bagh Palace, and Nahargarh, the Tiger Fort, are the main structures. A museum and a library are among the other public structures.
According to the official, as reported by NDTV, new air routes like as Agra, Khajuraho, Varanasi, Jaisalmer, and Bagdogra are highly significant in terms of tourism, and having direct access to these will improve the local tourist sector. Direct service to Bhopal and Patna was previously announced in the ‘summer timetable,’ but Indigo was unable to function owing to a technical issue. The airline will now begin flights on both routes during the winter season.
