Delhi-Male Direct Flight by Indigo Restarts Operations From Nov 1

IndiGo has announced the reintroduction of its direct flight from Delhi to Maldives. The direct flight service is set to start from November 1. This decision is strategically timed to coincide with the upcoming peak holiday season and reinforces IndiGo’s position as the airline with the most extensive flight network connecting the two countries. The introduction of these non-stop flights is expected to boost tourism traffic between India and the Maldives, offering passengers enhanced travel convenience.

IndiGo recently announced to relaunch of its direct flight service connecting Hyderabad in South India to Male in the Maldives, starting on October 31. The airline’s Flight 6E 1137 will operate this route regularly, offering flights on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Travellers looking to plan their trips can easily book tickets through the official IndiGo website, ensuring convenient access to this new flight option.

The Maldives has consistently remained a preferred destination for Indian travellers, witnessing a significant surge in Indian visitor numbers. Given India’s crucial role in promoting tourism in the Maldives, these additional flight options will cater to the needs of Indian travellers, further strengthening the relationship between the two nations.

IndiGo Airlines will introduce flight number 6E 1135, connecting Delhi and Male. This route will operate on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. It will depart from Delhi at 8:50 AM, passengers can expect to arrive in Male at 12:25 PM. Additionally, the return flight, 6E 1136, will operate on the same days, with a departure time of 13:25 PM from Male and an arrival time of 18:05 PM in Delhi. These flights aim to enhance connectivity between these two destinations and offer travellers convenient options for their journeys.
