Hyderabad: GMR Hyderabad International Airport (GHIAL) has been awarded with Level 4+: Transition accreditation in recognition of its alignment with global climate goals in carbon management from Airports Council International. This is the highest accreditation under Airport Carbon Accreditation (ACA) programme, introduced by ACI Europe in 2009.
Speaking on this milestone, GHIAL CEO Pradeep Panicker said, “Hyderabad Airport is building multiple pathways to reduce carbon emissions to help build a greener world.”
