Indian regional airline Star Air appears to be linked to the planned lease of two used Embraer E190 jets owned by lessor TrueNoord , according to fleet data from Planespotters .
The aircraft involved are 12-year-old E190s previously operated by KLM Cityhopper and Eastern Airways. The jets, bearing serial numbers 19000659 and 19000661, are currently listed as stored and associated with future registrations in India.
Neither Star Air nor TrueNoord has publicly confirmed the transaction.
