In what is the first of its kind app, Jet Airways in association with Nokia launched its official mobile app for the Windows Phone platform. The app essentially allows users to books tickets, check flight status, and also manage their JetPrivilege account on their smartphones.
Users can book tickets on the app using their credit cards and can register for flight status updates, after which the app will keep users up-to-date on their flight through timely notifications. In addition to the above, users can pin their booked tickets on the phone’s homescreen using Live Tiles. Jet Airways also adds that it will notify users of any available offers or deals through the app.
