Mumbai: A security breach incident at Mumbai airport came to light when four crew members of Air India Express airlines reached the cockpit without the proper airport entry permit (AEP). According to the security rules of the Bureau of Civil Aviation, nobody can enter the airport premises without the permit.
According to sources, in last six months two incidents took place in the Airline, where crew members that did not have the proper pass, reported for duty and later flew. According to the source, due to these incidents, two flights faced a delay also.
