Tiruchi: An accused against whom a lookout circular had been issued for his involvement in a case was held at Tiruchi airport moments after he arrived from Singapore on Wednesday.
The immigration authorities at the airport detained the accused T. Kumaresan (47) of Pillukurichi in Perambalur district and handed him over to the Airport police, who, in turn, handed him over to the Irumbulikurichi police in Ariyalur district where the case against him had been booked.
