Air Pegasus(OP, Bangalore Int'l) is planning to resume scheduled passenger flights by November 15 airline Managing Director Shyson Thomas has said.
In a response to a show-cause order filed with the Indian Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Thomas said he was hoping to source an ATR72-500 in the coming weeks to facilitate a resumption of operations.
Air Pegasus suspended all flights in August after liquidity constraints affected its ability to pay lessors Elix Aviation Capital and Nordic Aviation Capital for the use of three ATR72s.
