UJAAS bags order to install Solar system at Andaman Airport

New Delhi: UJAAS Energy Limited (UJAAS), today announced it has won an order to commission Rooftop Grid connected Solar PV system at Veer Savarkar International (VSI) Airport, Port Blair, Andaman and Nicobar for a capacity of 158 kilowatt.
UJAAS will be responsible for the design, manufacture, supply, erection and testing of the Solar PV system at the airport, the company said in a media statement.
The project also requires UJASS to operate and maintain the Solar system for a period of five years, the company release added.
Shares of Ujaas Energy gained 11.82 per cent to Rs 34.05 on Tuesday after it received an order from Airports Authority of India (AAI).
