Jet Airways invests in three wholly owned subsidiaries

Jet Airways has made investment in its three wholly owned subsidiaries which are registered with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. The company has made investment in Airjet Training Services (ATSL), Airjet Engineering Services (AESL) and Airjet Security and Allied Services (ASASL).
ATSL, AESL and ASASL have been incorporated as a wholly owned subsidiaries of the company and are yet to commence operations.
Jet Airways is India’s premier international airline, which operates flights to India and overseas. The company’s robust domestic India network spans the length and breadth of the country covering metro cities, state capitals and emerging destinations.
