Mumbai: Frankfinn Group, a private training institute in aviation, hospitality and travel management has announced plans to float a low-cost carrier by mid-2009.
The group, which runs training institutes for airhostesses, cabin crew and back and front hotel staff, will be filing an application with the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) for starting its Air Frankfinn in the next two to three months.
