Malaysia Airports announces partnership details for India's Delhi airport deal

Kuala Lumpur: Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd (MAHB) announced details of the agreement signed by its consortium yesterday with Indian authorities for taking control of Delhi's Indira Gandhi International Airport.
It said its unit Malaysia Airports (Mauritius) Pvt Ltd and consortium partners comprising GMR Infrastructure Ltd, GMR Energy Ltd, GVL Investments Pvt Ltd, India Development Fund and a Fraport AG unit signed the deal with Airports Authority of India.
Under the shareholders agreement, MAHB's unit MA Maritius will hold a 10 pct stake in Delhi International Airport Ltd (DIAL) while Airports Authority of India will have 26 pct, GMR Infrastructure 31.1 pct, GMR Energy 10 pct, GVL Investments 9 pct, India Development Fund 3.9 pct and Fraport AG 10 pct.
