New Delhi: American Airlines on Thursday said it will shift its Asia Pacific Call Center operations to India from Australia.
The company has also entered into an agreement with Bird Information Systems, a provider of automated aviation and travel related software solutions, to provide Call Centre services to its customers in India and Asia Pacific region, an American Airlines statement said here. Read On >>
