Spicejet appoints new director

Spicejet said it appointed Osman Qureshi as a director on the board of the company. Osman Qureshi will replace Hamed A. Kazim, who ceased to be director on the board of the company. Both, the directors are the nominees of Dubai-based Isithmar.
Spicejet is an airline carrier in India operating in the `no frills` segment.
