Flight returns twice to airport

Chennai: A Colombo bound Indian flight from Chennai returned twice to the Chennai International airport this afternoon due to a technical snag.
The flight IC 573, which took off for Colombo from here today with 67 passengers on board at 1250 hrs, returned after 20 minutes following a technical snag.
After it was set right, the plane took off with the passengers at 1500 hrs, only to return immediately due to a technical fault, airport sources said.
The aircraft was grounded at the airport and engineers were working on the plane, the sources said.
All the passengers have been accomodated at a city hotel, the sources said.
