Airline takes travel agents on India tour

Kingfisher Airlines and its general sales agent in Qatar, Regency Travel & Tours took top ten travel agents from the country on a familiarisation tour of Kingfisher Airlines.
The travel agents, who visited three major Indian destinations, Bombay, Bangalore and Goa, learnt about the various measures taken by Kingfisher to deliver a safe, value-based and enjoyable travel experience.
The airline refers to passengers as guests and its aircraft as a ‘Fun liner’. Its entire staff is trained to delight guests and deliver efficient yet warm service at every step of the flying experience.
Besides winning several awards including Best New Airline, Kingfisher has been ranked among the top corporate innovators and is ranked India’s No.1 airline in customer satisfaction.
