Madrid: Aldeasa SA, in a 50:50 joint venture with Altadis SA, has decided to abandon contract negotiations for the management of four duty-free stores in Mumbai's Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport, India's biggest airport in terms of passenger traffic.'The original conditions changed and after several months of negotiations we were unable to reach an agreement... and we have decided to abandon the project,' an Aldeasa spokesperson said.
The original contract was for three years and estimated to generate 300 mln usd in accumulated sales.
