Bihar deputy CM to sue Jet for IGI incident

Patna: Bihar deputy CM Sushil Kumar Modi will sue Jet Airways for the freak incident involving him at New Delhi's IGI airport on Sunday last.
Modi, who returned to Patna late on Tuesday evening, had hurt his spinal cord when he fell in the Jetlite coach taking him to board a flight for Ahmedabad. The incident occurred when the coach driver suddenly applied the brakes to avoid collision with an approaching aircraft at IGI airport tarmac.
Modi said he is consulting lawyers to file a case against Jet. He said the doctors have advised him to carry on normal work, but with caution.
