Air India appoints Anita Khurana as Commercial Director

New Delhi: Air India made a few major appointments, giving additional charge of the post of Commercial Director to Anita Khurana, who is currently looking after the cargo business.
After the merger of Air India and Indian Airlines, this is an important appointment as the new entity did not have a Commercial Director after the superannuation of V K Verma from the post.
The prized post of Executive Director (Americas), which was also lying vacant for a long time, has gone to Deepak Brara, who so far headed the Alliance Air and was also Director (Public Relations) in the erstwhile Indian Airlines, sources in the airline said.
