New Delhi: The Government on Tuesday said all agreements and settlements reached with the unions and associations of the erstwhile Air India Limited and Indian Airlines Limited are in the process of implementation.
"Revision of pay sales have been effected in respect of all employees represented by five unions/associations, which have arrived at an understanding with the management and the executives of the erstwhile Indian Airlines," Civil Aviation Minister Praful Patel told Rajya Sabha in a written reply.
He said the arrears of wages have been paid or are being paid as per the agreements and action has been initiated to implement the settlement on career progression.
With regard to the erstwhile Air India, in most of the cases where agreements have been signed, wage arrears or advance have been paid, the Minister said.
