ATF prices hiked by 2.8%

New Delhi: State-run oil companies on Thursday hiked Aviation Turbine Fuel (ATF) prices by 2.8 per cent on the back of a surge in international oil prices.
ATF or jet fuel in Delhi will cost Rs 1,931.07 per kilo litre more from midnight tonight, an Indian Oil official said.
The fuel would be priced at Rs 71,028.26 per kilo litre from August 1 as against Rs 69,097.19 per kl.
In Mumbai, the city which hosts the nation's busiest airport, prices have been hiked to Rs 73,673.56 as against Rs 71,630.53 per kl.
This is the second state increase in ATF prices, which are revised once a month based on monthly average of global oil prices.
