AI announces new facility for international passengers

Bangalore: State-run airlines Air India today unveiled a new facility between Bangalore and Mumbai from October 26 to enable passengers from Bangalore to connect to various international destinations.
The facility would be available to passengers travelling to destinations like New York, Newark, London, Frankfurt and Chicago, the airline said in a release here.
The new flight AI 623 operated with Airbus A321 would leave Bangalore at 2000 hrs to reach Mumbai International Airport at 2130 hrs daily enabling passengers from Bangalore to connect to various international destinations, it said.
Air India has made necessary arrangements for through check in of passengers baggage and issuing boarding cards upto New York at Bangalore itself.
